We are happy to accept Enrolment Applications at any time for all year levels, however our major intake for Year 7 students is completed when the students are in Year 5.

Step 2 - How to Apply

• Please click here for an Enrolment Pack. The Prospectus is also available from Reception or by request a copy can be mailed. 

         Request a copy to be mailed. 

• The Application for Enrolment form is to be provided to the College with a non-refundable Application fee of $55 and a photocopy of the student's Baptism Certificate (if applicable), Birth Certificate, a copy of their most recent school report, latest NAPLAN results, Australian Immunisation records (AIR) and VISA/citizenship certificate (if applicable).

• Please note: Overseas immunisation records will not be accepted directly and must be verified. In order to verify immunisation administered overseas, an Australian immunisation provider must update the child’s immunisation record in the AIR. This may take up to a few weeks. ​Following the update to the child’s AIR record, parents can then access an updated AIR Immunisation History Statement. 

• The Application Fee can be paid either via cheque, cash, EFTPOS or bank transfer via the details below. Please note that payment cannot be completed over the phone.

• Applications for Enrolment can be emailed to NagleEnrolments@cewa.edu.au, posted to the College or handed in to Reception.

Step 3 - Offer Timeline

       1. Submit to the College your Application for Enrolment Form with your Application Fee and relevant  documentation as requested.
       2. Parents to whom a place may be offered will be asked to attend an interview.
       3. Parents will be advised of the outcome of their application as soon as possible following the interview.
       4. Acceptance paperwork will be sent to parents, which will need to be returned to the College within a set timeframe.
