At Nagle Catholic College we believe that all students are capable of developing leadership skills and contributing to the student voice in our school community. In order to help our student to develop these skills, the College has developed the Emerging Leaders Program.

This program is available to all Year 11 students and aims at being inclusive and offering our students the opportunity to develop specific leadership skills.

Leadership can be an important catalyst for building students' awareness that their views are important to staff in the school and that they can have an influence on what happens to students in the school.

Through the Emerging Leaders Program, students learn about leadership, and are invited to nominate for future leadership positions at the College.
